Our latest Blues BBQ and Bands at the Royal Hotel went down a treat. It was a successful night, with several bands providing excellent music for the hungry crowd. Member of the Orkney Blues Committee, Walter Gorman said " A very big thank you to everyone who came along to the Blues Barbecue. We made around £700.00 all of which helps us to run the Blues [Festival] in September. And a special thanks to all the bands who gave their time free. If you folks don't rock then they never sang doo wop in Harlem :) "
